Monday Night Prayer
Monday Night Prayer exists to create a space for churches of Houston to gather together in prayer and worship, to see God bringing unity to His people.
A bonfire represents a collection of sticks that are burning hot. When the collection of burning sticks come together it creates a greater light (bonfire). As followers of Jesus we are each salt and light in the world.
A bonfire is the perfect picture for John 17. As followers of Jesus we are the light of the world. When we gather together for prayer and worship, God creates a greater light (bonfire), which cultivates unity.
“Rejoice always, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”1 Thessalonians 5:16, 18 NIV
